Kochi · Since 1993
From a humble tea stall opened on a Vijayadashami day to three kitchens across Kochi, Ambiswamy's has kept its sadya, dosas and chutneys the way they've always been made.

Our story
Ambiswamy's was founded on 23rd October 1993, a Vijayadashami day, in a humble way as a tea stall. Two years on, in October 1995, it became Ambiswamy's Vegetarian Restaurant, and from there it expanded slowly, one kitchen at a time.
Ambiswamy's Fast Food was established in Cochin, and the overwhelming popularity of its brand and dishes has carried it since — today it's run by a team of competent, well-experienced professionals, and loved in homes, offices and school grounds alike, from a small child to their grandparents.
Opened on Vijayadashami day, serving tea and short eats to the neighbourhood.
The stall grew into a proper dining room, with a full traditional Kerala menu.
Kadavanthra, MG Road and Edappally — each still cooking to the same recipes.
